Do not sell my data

fomo.ooo does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary value. Some privacy laws classify certain sharing of data as a "sale" or "share" even when no money changes hands. This page explains how to opt out of any such sharing.

If you are a resident of a jurisdiction that provides an opt-out right and would like to exercise it, email us at privacy@fomo.ooo with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Include the email address associated with your account and we will process your request within 45 days where required by law.

fomo.ooo shows its users public posts that match what they sell. If one of yours has been surfaced and you would rather it were not, email privacy@fomo.ooo with a link to the post or your handle. We delete what we hold and add you to a suppression list so it is not collected again.

We will stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising or other purposes covered by the opt-out right, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
